Job Responsibilities :1. 3D Modeling, Assembling, Drafting & Detailing using 2D & 3D software like AutoCAD and UG NX2. New drawing development on UG NX & Autocad 3. Design & Development of press tools like Blanking,Piercing,Draw,Bending,Notching, Restrike etc & Checking Fixture.4. Component feasibility & technical requirement study.5.Worked on Sheetmetal, Solid & Surfacing.6.Making strip layouts & Process Layout according to the requirement.7.Applying geometric shapes Dimensions & I Tolerations ( GD & T). 8.Creating part & Assembly in the software and its detailing after measurement of the components. 9.Creating Bill of Material on ERP engine. Develop support tool for manufacturing like jig fixtures & gauges. 11.Develop trimeline as per the requirement by the tool room. Maintain ECN records & submitting all new revised drawings wiyh the concern person.13.Visiting the Production Plant & Tool Room as per need.
