PROJECTS Coronavirus and the contagion of emotions : A sentimental analysis The rise of social media offers users to share their state of mind and opinions in all aspects of their life.Availability of vast amount of textual content needed techniques to extract and analyze information fromthem. Sentimental Analysis mines the opinion of human being for a perspective. In this Pandemic conditionof Corona, whole world is sharing their opinions on the social media. This project presents a sentimentalanalysis to extract the opinion of people during this situation. In this sentiment analysis we will be usingdifferent algorithms like Naïve Bayes, Logistic Regression and Support vector machines to knowthe opinion and we will also present the comparison among these algorithms in terms of accuracy,error metrics etc.Titanic Survival PredictionThe sinking of the Titanic is one of the most infamous shipwrecks in history.On April 15, 1912, during her maiden voyage, the widely considered “unsinkable” RMS Titanic sank aftercolliding with an iceberg. Unfortunately, there weren’t enough lifeboats for everyone onboard, resulting in thedeath of 1502 out of passengers and crew.While there was some element of luck involved in surviving,it seems some groups of people were more likely to survive than others.In this project, I have build apredictive model that answers the question: “what sorts of people were more likely to survive?” usingpassenger data (ie name, age, gender, socio-economic class, etc).
