I began my career in technology, but quickly realized the most meaningful challenges weren’t technical — they were human.That shift led me into people-focused work, where I now manage the full employee lifecycle while operating across people operations, culture, and performance management. I work closely with leaders and teams to support hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, engagement initiatives, and everyday people decisions across functions.My role involves collaborating with multiple stakeholders, managing appraisals, defining KRAs and KPIs, and building dashboards that bring clarity to people and business outcomes.
