Lead shift operations across Trims, Chassis, and Final Assembly with responsibility for 450+ operators and officers.Drive PQCDSM (Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Safety, Morale) metrics by leading Daily Work Management (DWM) reviews and ensuring adherence to targets.Represent the assembly shop in plant-level operational excellence initiatives including Jishu Hozen (JH), Mahindra Advanced Production System (MAPS), ISMS, and Rejection Cost Control initiaves.Support TPM pillar activities to enhance equipment reliability and improve workplace discipline.Collaborate with Industrial Engineering (IE) team on setup-wise Jobs Per Hour (JPH) planning, optimizing manpower utilization and boosting productivity.Identify process, layout, and equipment bottlenecks; coordinate with maintenance, IE, and process teams to implement effective solutions.Participate in daily defect review meetings with customers i.e. GNovac, CQA, and RFI teams, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions.Implement Poka-Yoke systems to eliminate recurring errors and ensure first-time quality compliance.Contribute to cost-saving and kaizen initiatives focused on FOS reduction, energy saving, and rejection cost optimization.Manage domestic and international shop visits, conducting process briefings, plant walkthroughs, and guest handling.Currently leading improvement projects to reduce electrical issues and foreign parts in vehicles while manufacturing, ensuring higher product quality and customer satisfaction.
