I started Incilo with a simple idea — to make logistics smarter, cleaner, and more connected. Today, we’re building an ecosystem that manages the complete lifecycle of logistics operations — from fleet deployment to manpower management — with a strong focus on EV-based and tech-driven solutions.What began as a vision turned into a full-scale operation — we built the business from scratch, scaled our fleet, hired and trained teams, and expanded into new markets. Every process, every system, and every partnership has been built to bring more efficiency and sustainability into logistics.What I’ve been leading: • Setting up and scaling Incilo’s logistics ecosystem from the ground up. • Managing a growing EV fleet and operational network across multiple cities. • Building strong teams and partnerships to power day-to-day logistics execution. • Designing data-driven systems for manpower sourcing and performance tracking. • Driving innovation in how businesses move goods and manage last-mile delivery.At Incilo, the mission is clear — to reshape how logistics runs in India, one vehicle, one city, one idea at a time.
