I’m a payroll and accounting professional with a strong background in managing large-scale, people-focused operations. Currently, I work in a managerial payroll accountant role with The Grid, which brings together three dynamic companies — Mischief, No Fixed Address, and Courage. I specialize in supporting organizations with large employee bases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across payroll processes.My career journey has included roles at ICICI Bank Canada and ADP Canada, as well as client-focused experience at S&P Data, Gopi Traders, and Concentrix, where I had the privilege of working with respected brands such as Citizens Bank, Bell Canada, Domino’s, and ABB Motors. These opportunities taught me the value of combining financial expertise with customer-centric thinking.I have an educational background in Accounting, along with a CPA certification in Payroll (Payroll Leadership Professional). My experience spans global payroll management across Canada (multiple provinces), the U.S.(multiple states), the UK, Germany, India, and beyond. I continue to expand my knowledge by pursuing advanced education in core finance and accounting, with the goal of integrating deep financial expertise into payroll leadership.I thrive at the intersection of process improvement, financial accuracy, and client collaboration — helping businesses meet their objectives while streamlining operations.
