Accomplished Construction and Project Management Professional | Delivering Excellence in the Built Environment With a solid foundation in B.Tech and a stellar career spanning over 9 years, I am a passionate and results-driven construction expert. In 2015, I embarked on my journey with Resizone Group, where I spearheaded and successfully completed three landmark residential high-rise projects – Resizone Residence, Resizone Om Sarthak, and Resizone Paradise, collectively valued at over 250 crore INR. My penchant for excellence extended beyond commercial projects, as I oversaw the creation of a magnificent sq. ft. villa worth 7 crore INR, alongside a state-of-the-art tile showroom and warehouse. In 2022, I transitioned to Globus Infocom Ltd in Noida, where I continued my legacy of success. Here, I masterminded two commercial ventures worth 50 crore INR, and concurrently, managed interior projects for the prestigious DLF Camellias, valued at over 6 crore INR. Remarkably, all my projects have consistently been delivered within stipulated budgets and timelines. Armed with proficiency in Microsoft Project Primavera P6 and Excel, as well as a mastery of AutoCAD, I bring robust planning, management, and quality control skills to every endeavor. My expertise extends to diverse aspects of interior work, encompassing false ceilings, tiling, wall paneling, and electrical and plumbing installations. My leadership acumen and effective communication in both English and Hindi have been pivotal in achieving these milestones.
