Safe and Effective Triage team within Digital Urgent and Emergency Care portfolio. Products include NHS Pathways (the system / call handlers use) and the public-facing check-in/triage tool in emergency departments. Carried out extensive accessibility testing across all products, including legacy systems - working with participants in our lab with a range of visual, cognitive, and functional access needs.Currently ensuring our products are fully compliant with medical device regulations by leading on the summative evaluation which involves usability testing and observations across multiple provider sites and six host systems - making sure our products are safe, effective, and never put patients at risk.Completed leadership and line management training, building the skills to support, mentor, and grow effective teams. I have also undertaken service standard assessor training, enabling me to evaluate digital services against government service standards and ensure they deliver high-quality, user-centred outcomes.Work closely with UCD, clinical, product, delivery, implementation, and training teams.
