Taking Care of Retail & Channel Finance for UP West - • Coordinate with Sales team and align retail plan with Sales plan and achieve monthly retail target for the State/area handled and ensure collections as per retail. i.e Tractors with Financiers & ensure retail.• Estimate funding requirement for the State through trade advance, Plan it in advance and recommend, handhold and monitor trade advance given to dealers. • Arrange working Capital for Dealers with less own fund & sales potential thereby increasing sales • Coordination with State Heads of financiers for resolving issues, rapport building and for aligning business plan with financiers plan. • Study PVT Banks Finance Scenario for the state, their target, Performance of other manufacturers in the state and Drive PVT Banks/ NBFC business as per target fixed by the Company. Ensure post disbursement documents are submitted on time.• Reduce Company credit outstanding by arranging TA/CC/BG/IFTR Limits thereby helping in collection/billing to grow MS.• Ensure Systems and Processes established by the Company is maintained at dealerships, Reduction in RCT as per target fixed for the year with special focus on > 30 days advances• Identify dealers who needs Company support,(High RCT dealers, dealers with viability issues etc.) visit those dealerships, and take corrective measures to support the dealer. • Financier Portfolio monitoring- Ensure our portfolio with PVT Banks/ NBFCs are profitable and take corrective preventive measures (NPA/NS reduction with the help of Dealers) for the sustainability and uninterrupted finance facility to the dealers.
