Observe customer transactions to identify fraudulent activity such as account take over, friendly fraud, identity theft and similar other risks. Handling escalations including calls and do monitor cisco /abandoned rates Reviewed potentially fraudulent transactions and help the team members whereas required. Responsible for analyzing team productivity to achieve the SLA. Responsible for analyzing fraud bookings/reservations. Communicate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction,maximum profit and efficiency. Work on all Internal and External e-mails send by different departments/Clients and customers. Process Refund where required and keep close eyes on new fraud trends and fraud methods. Prepare MBR / day to day productivity and error report and sent to the higher management and team. Manage floor decorum and schedule adherence and keep watch on breaks. Take huddles and give feedback to agents to cascade new updates and for better work efficiency. Give floor assistance to all the agents during the shift.
