At NeoSoft, I worked with the client Jasper Colin, where I designed the UX/UI for their Vendor Onboarding Portal — creating a seamless and efficient experience for vendors to register, manage, and track their onboarding process. Along with this, I created detailed UX case studies highlighting the design impact and user flow improvements. My day-to-day responsibilities included conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with developers, refining interfaces based on feedback, and ensuring a consistent design system across the platform.
