Responsible for coordination between various stake holders to ensure the business goals and needs are met Conducting Market Intelligence in collaboration with various stake holders to ensure that multiple Benchmarks are met in order to enable us to reach and attract the top most talent across various industries Manage experienced hire interview process including: sourcing and screening resumes, selecting candidates for interview, conducting interview kick-offs and debrief sessions, negotiate offers, managing offer approval process and extending offers Partner with stake holders to implement new and innovative methods for improving employer branding and awareness Handling communications within the team and aiding in preparing schedules for recruitment activities and their execution Manage recruiting metrics, pursue conscious cost-containment efforts in recruiting and diversity sourcing Partner with the business leads and act as an advisor, creating synergy and agility of decision-making for adaptation of recruitment processes in accordance to business needs and realities Partner with Sourcing resources to utilize various sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets Network within the marketplace to understand competitive landscape and compensation practices Maintain timely and accurate data in the applicant tracking system Leveraging analytics for identifying and correcting lags within the current recruitment processes Utilizing analytics to identify new potential markets for sourcing of candidates Adherence to key recruiting metrics – SLA’s defined, Cost and Effectiveness of hire Engage with vendor partners as per hiring guidelines
