Sourcing Operation & Delivery- Responsible for the development of the shoes and related products/materials for Indianbusiness- Have to negotiate on costing part open and close- Ensure all the products are available on time in full at predefined quality and at targetedproduct price- Plan, Source, Monitor & Review delivery of products on time in adherence to business calendar for allcategories and ensure contingency measures in case required- Ensure POs are raised as per final code level rates, in accordance with the finalized contracts- Monitor and review delivery of samples for tradeshow- Finalize style code level vendor allocation, in line with the sourcing allocation strategy finalized by SSC- Regular follow up on development, costing, materials, production, quality and any other issue- Co-coordinating between India and & Singapore office related WIP plans and strategy- Maintaining reports on development, spec sheet, mold, materials, project growth & WIP task- Checking on compliance part as well as BIS certification related work.2. Vendor Relationship Management –-Maintain an effective working relationship with suppliers/ vendors to ensure that business objectives are met- Monitor and ensure outstanding discrepancies are resolved and overview vendor payments being met on aroutine basis- Monitor supplier performance dashboards and ensure all technical inputs provided by technical team areincorporated-Looking into and addressing operational issue faced by vendor during development.3. People Development & Leadership –- Ensure planned development of team members and ensure quality “work and environment” processes in alloperation functions- Set KRA’s for team members, Monitor and review team and individual performance- Conduct impactful training programs for managers/in charge- Provide Feedback and train people on their functional competencies
