I’m a Talent Acquisition professional with 9 years of experience building high-impact teams across leadership, senior, mid, and junior roles (VP, Director, SD1–SD4). Over the years, I’ve worked closely with business leaders to not just fill roles—but to truly enable growth through the right talent. Currently, I lead and mentor a team of recruiters, setting clear goals, expectations and KRAs while ensuring we deliver consistently on quality and speed. What I enjoy most is building things from the ground up—especially in startup environments. From shaping employer branding and defining candidate personas to designing seamless interview experiences and setting up robust hiring processes, I’ve helped organizations scale with intention. My sourcing approach is multi-channel and hands-on, leveraging job boards, networking, social media and employee referrals. I’ve also led large-scale campus hiring initiatives across Tier 1 institutes. With experience in ATS platforms, I focus on improving candidate journeys, optimizing workflows, and using data to drive decisions. Beyond hiring, I’ve worked on talent projects like market mapping, vendor strategy, and 360-degree feedback processes always with a focus on creating long-term value. I also have a foundational understanding of Java, HTML, CSS, and SQL, which helps me better connect with technical teams and roles. Outside of work, you’ll usually find me playing sports, watching a good web series, listening to music, traveling, or just catching up with friends.
