About Amalie Ise
As a junior at Stetson University’s Undergraduate School of Arts and Sciences, I am immersed in my studies as a dual major in Sociology and American Studies. I am honored to be a member of the Honors Program and to serve as a Presidential Fellow, where I engage deeply in both academic inquiry and leadership development.Within the Gamma Chi Chapter of Alpha Chi Omega, I currently serve as President, a role through which I lead a values-driven organization, oversee executive board operations, and foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and personal growth among members. Through this position, I have strengthened my skills in organizational leadership, collaboration, and community-building.In addition, I serve as a Student Ambassador for the University, welcoming prospective students by giving campus tours and answering questions about academic life, campus culture, and student involvement. My commitment to service and inclusion has been shaped by experiences such as volunteering at the Special Olympics Summer Camp Shriver during high school, as well as my seven-year involvement in Girl Scouts, culminating in earning the Girl Scout Gold Award.These experiences have instilled in me a strong passion for making a meaningful impact, particularly through leadership, service, and advocacy. I am interested in pursuing graduate school and am motivated by opportunities that allow me to contribute to positive social change and support communities in purposeful and impactful ways.
