I\'ve worn several hats at Intact, Currently leading the development of a change management plan for an intranet redesign, including communications and training strategy for internal stakeholders.(20••••23)Led a network of communications colleagues to develop and execute an integrated plan to launch the ‘Building resilient communities’ communications strategy in 2023. Created a Playbook for colleagues across the business to guide them in developing and executing tailored plans for their audiences. Launched a hub to facilitate access to shared communications material and a platform to facilitate dialogue and best practices. Developed and executed a communications plan that motivated colleagues globally to complete two climate learning modules by the established target dates. Led the development and execution of an integrated communications plan to launch a global climate strategy in 2022 to raise awareness of our commitment to climate resilience.(2021):Collaborated with Intact Public Entities and Social Impact colleagues to develop and launch the first Municipal Climate Resiliency Grants. Submissions received exceeded our target goal.
