As Co-President of the Santa Clara University Belles Service Organization, I have the privilege of leading a 90+ member community dedicated to service, mentorship, and fostering meaningful connections on campus and beyond. I oversee weekly meetings, collaborate with a 13-person executive board, and guide strategic initiatives that promote personal, social, and community growth.A key focus of my role is strengthening collaborations—both within SCU and throughout the greater San Jose community. I work to connect Belles with campus partners, local organizations, and service opportunities that expand our impact and visibility, while giving members meaningful ways to engage beyond the classroom.In this position, I strive to cultivate an inclusive and empowering environment where members feel inspired to contribute, lead, and support one another. By balancing organizational management with creativity and collaboration, I help ensure that Belles continues to be a space where service and sisterhood thrive.
