My responsibilities include patient recruitment, visit scheduling and management, adherence to protocol timelines, and oversight of protocol deviations. I ensure participant safety and retention in treatment while managing Electronic Data Capture (EDC) systems and source documents. Additionally, I work with Electronic Health Records (EHR), collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, optimize resource and budget management, and assist in preparing for monitoring visits.
