I joined EN-POWER GROUP in 2012 to assist in further establishing the company’s engineering services. As the Senior Director of Engineering, I oversee EN-POWER GROUP’s growth strategy. My technical leadership has contributed to the revenue growth in the company’s energy consulting, engineering design, control and automation, and commissioning services. I\'ve implemented countless energy saving projects, capitalizing rebate structures to optimize the return on investment for our clients. I\'m energized by managing large capital projects that will make buildings more mechanically sustainable and resilient – a role that bridges my strong engineering background, management skills, and social and environmental values.    As the first hire at EN-POWER GROUP, I have helped grow the company into a $10M+ energy firm and now serve on the four-person executive team guiding strategy and operations. My role includes leadership of a 40+ person engineering team known for its inclusive culture and gender parity, as well as oversight of $21M+ in energy and infrastructure projects across multifamily and commercial sectors. I’ve launched new business lines, secured $20M+ in client rebates, and co-led sales strategy and business development. I also represent the company externally through speaking engagements, partnerships, and industry working groups.Our services include: engineering design and implementation (HVAC, lighting, controls, commissioning), energy consulting (management and financing), compliance and green certifications, & resiliency and on-site generation (emergency power, cogeneration, renewables, solar).
