Most recently at Choco, I oversee some of the largest wholesale food suppliers in the U.S, representing 21% of company revenue. I built our quarterly business review program, launched our first customer on the AI platform, and developed strategic playbooks that improved adoption and expansion opportunities.Before Choco, I served as an Enterprise CSM at Flipdish during the height of the pandemic, supporting over restaurant partners nationwide and helping them adapt and grow through an incredibly challenging time. I started my career at WeWork, where I was promoted into an Account Management role supporting new building openings and enterprise sales enablement.Today, I’m passionate about helping customers achieve transformational outcomes, developing scalable success frameworks, and building customer-centric cultures that foster retention and growth.
