HRBP Lead for House of Brands, the private label business and FWD - GenZ business Collaborate with the BU leadership team on the formulation of key HR strategies and drive HR interventions to enable business strategy. Lead the Organization Design exercise to periodically review and optimize the BU structure, enable business growth objectives and optimize payroll (AOP) outflow. Maintain a Hi-Touch HRBP approach with close proximity to employees - understand employee pulse and sentiments with various connect frameworks and create relevant programs. Coach people managers on team and managerial effectiveness. Lead the Capability development charter for the BU to improve productivity and equip the org with future skills. Develop programs to enhance Employee Experience – Review engagement metrics and develop HR Interventions. Collaborate with the HR Services team and COE Teams to ensure seamless execution of HR processes and policies Manage a team of HRBPs to drive the HRBP charter for various BUs.
