Collect data on POS, distribution, competition and in-store activities, with the assistance of direct reports.• Establish effective communication with Wal-mart partners and their sales teams to ensure a smooth execution of retail customer programs • Ensure best selling practices are followed at the customer level through effective planning, preparation and delivery of sales. • Distribute merchandise based on the analysis of trends, evaluation of store performance & customer profiles. • Maximize stock levels while massaging inventory flow and store stock positions to improve sales performance. • Analyze and allocate inventory by store, in-season inventory management, store profiles, promotional activity and analysis of data. • Ensure sufficient quantities of advertised product are in stock on a per store basis and recommend purchase quantities to Buyer.
