Currently, I serve as a Quality Controller at Bell Foods (Marine Division) in Kochi, where I oversee a range of responsibilities including organoleptic evaluation, IQF production, plate and blast freezing, internal audits, and documentation for regulatory compliance. I have experience working with food safety standards such as HACCP, BRC, HALAL, and FSSAI, and am well-versed in conducting both internal and external audits. My role also includes sample analysis, packaging supervision, and ensuring timely calibration and license renewals.
