At Leegality, I oversee legal operations and commercial contracts across a 600+ enterprise client base - spanning SaaS and on-premise deployments for global banks, PSUs and BFSI entities.I work closely with the product team on regulatory research and GTM support - translating how our platforms help BFSI clients meet their compliance obligations under RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI frameworks. I advise clients on BFSI frameworks across RBI, IRDAI, and SEBI - translating complex directions into compliance-ready implementations.    Built Leegality’s legal function from the ground up — designing contract negotiation playbooks, trackers, and scalable legal operations to support a fast-growing SaaS business-Implemented, tested and gave input on Leegality’s in-house Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tool, strengthening internal workflows and demonstrating deep expertise in legal operations and process design-Negotiated and closed partnership, vendor and enterprise SaaS contracts with major Indian and multinational banks, NBFCs, and large corporates-Advised clients on SEBI, RBI and other regulatory framework in relation to digitizing their legal documentation, customer onboarding journeys and supported business team with content and legal expertise in driving GTMs for the legal- tech product-Led privacy and DPDP initiatives, and drafted and designed user-centric privacy policies and product terms and supported information security team in client audits, certifications-Advised business teams, internal stakeholders and external clients in clear, business-friendly, and design-led communication to present nuanced legal concepts, and fintech regulations effectively-Contributed to policy discourse by providing inputs on draft legislations, regulatory frameworks and engaging with regulators and High Courts to advance adoption of digitization and e-signing-Managed regulatory risk, trademark enforcement, grievances, legal notices and disputes, coordinating with external counsels amongst other adhoc work.
