About Amal Narikodan
Currently an MBA candidate from IIM Mumbai. Prior to this, I worked for 22 months as an Assistant manager at JSW Steel Coated Products Limited in their Khopoli plant. I also got an opportunity to work with an NGO named Aashman Foundation for a duration of 6 months, where I onboarded and trained 600+ interns. On the academic front, I have completed my bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering from the Army Institute of Technology, Pune (AIT, Pune). Here, I played leadership roles in the SAE club and BCJ-Debate and Dramatics Club of AIT. In my free time, I enjoy travelling to new places and playing badminton
