   Project : Sales Copilot Teams Meeting application I led the effort to tactically converge Sales Copilot app and Dynamics 365 app for Sales, driving the discussion with ILDC leads. I worked closely with ILDC to successfully land the first release of Viva Sales app in Teams meeting. I also delivered the Teams meeting integration trusted UCI form feature, which was a very critical need to accommodate the underlying new platform authentication implementation and that helped majorly in the continuation of making the Dynamics 365 team app to continue to work for our MVP customers. I led a team of four engineers to plan, cost and execute and deliver the Sales copilot teams in meetings experience private preview feature with high quality to meet the urgent market this August 2023 Project: Sales Copilot CRM Customization 1.0 & 1.1 For CRM Customization 1.0 & 1.1, I played a lead role in the planning, costing, resource assigning of this feature. I collaborated across three teams: IDC, ILDC as well as Redmond. I led a team of four engineers to execute and deliver the CRM customization feature on time and with high quality to meet the urgent market need to be released in such a very tight deadline as well as for the 1.0 release the team was undergoing manager transition (Andy moving out and Murali joining), so it was quite a challenge to keep the crew Lazer focused on the current release work. Project : Deal Manager Workspace, User experience in Dynamics 365 Sales that puts the seller at the center of their workflows I successfully led the launch of Deal Manager Public preview, a new feature that helps sales teams manage their deals more efficiently. Within eight weeks, we reached over monthly active users and delivered a high-quality trial experience that met our 5x5 criteria. We achieved this by implementing several quality improvements, such as bug fixes, performance enhancements, and user feedback integration.
