Equipment OperationOperate walkie stackers / electric pallet jacks safely, often standing on the platform to move pallets throughout the warehouse.Conduct pre-shift safety checks on equipment to ensure proper functionality.Navigate warehouse aisles efficiently while transporting pallets to staging or loading areas.2. Order PickingUse VoicePick or RF scanning systems to accurately pick products according to customer or route orders.Scan and confirm each item to ensure order accuracy.Select items from pallets or shelves and stage them for palletizing or truck loading.3. Dumping & ReturnsCollect and sort empty trays, shells, or damaged goods for proper disposal or return.Separate recyclables, damaged items, or excess inventory as required.Ensure warehouse areas are free of debris and hazards.6. Inventory & Stock ManagementAssist with inventory counts, stock organization, and cycle counting.Place returned products or pallets back into storage locations.Keep accurate records of scanned items, stock movements, and damaged goods.7. Safety & Warehouse MaintenanceFollow all health and safety protocols in equipment operation, lifting, and material handling.Maintain clean and organized workspaces, aisles, and staging areas.Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisors immediately.8. Teamwork & CommunicationWork closely with warehouse associates, supervisors, and drivers to meet daily production goals.
