ABOUT AMAIA MILDON

I’m a Senior Consultant and the FNConnect Lead at Frazer‑Nash Consultancy, where I focus on bringing people, teams, and ideas together to create opportunities for collaboration and growth. FNConnect began as an idea I developed after working across projects, accelerator programmes and campaigns, where I saw first-hand how many SMEs needed a space to be visible, make connections, and share what they do. I took the concept from an early idea through to delivery and now ongoing growth; shaping the network’s strategy, events, partnerships, and digital platform. Today, FNConnect supports both SMEs and Frazer‑Nash by strengthening community, unlocking collaboration, and contributing to wider business strategy. Alongside this, I’m an experienced Senior Project Manager with delivery experience across Defence, Space, Policing, Government, and Legal sectors. I work confidently across both Agile and Waterfall environments, and I’m particularly interested in innovation, having supported projects ranging from AI development and ecosystem blueprints to system modelling and portfolio design. Within Frazer‑Nash, I also contribute to our internal strategy and culture, through involvement in business development initiatives, the Future Insights Committee, and previously the Gender Equity Employee Resource Group. I am passionate about connecting people, creating collaborative environments and enabling everyone in the room to have a voice.
