ABOUT AMADEUS NARBUTT

I’m a political organizer and policy researcher driven by the belief that better systems are possible when we build engaged communities and inform our decision-making with real stories. Currently serving as a Regional Organizer with the Ontario NDP, I focus on grassroots mobilization, volunteer recruitment and training, community engagement, and strategic campaign execution. I bring experience in communications, crisis response, and policy analysis to this work, always centering equity, democracy, and accountability. Before shifting full-time into political organizing, I worked as a consultant and policy researcher in the higher education sector, supporting post-secondary institutions, government bodies, and advocacy groups in expanding learner mobility and institutional sustainability. I led projects on strategic enrolment management, digital credential systems, microcredentials, and transfer credit frameworks—work that sharpened my skills in policy and survey design, stakeholder engagement, and complex project delivery. That research-driven foundation now fuels my organizing approach: grounded in data, informed by in-depth consultation, and always focused on building a better world.
