ABOUT AMABELY ALDERETE
I focus my practice on commercial real estate law, with an emphasis on commercial leasing transactions and lease litigation, and represent real estate owners and tenants in the leasing of all types of real estate throughout the United States, including retail, office and industrial space. I routinely prepare and negotiate commercial leases, subleases, amendments (e.g, extensions, expansions, relocations, surrenders and terminations), notices (e.g, default, rights of first offer, and rights of first refusal), licensing matters, letters of credit, guarantees, and brokerage agreements. Additionally, I regularly evaluate pre-acquisition due diligence and assist clients with other portfolio analysis (e.g, downsizing evaluation).
