ABOUT AMAAR MAHATH

As a product implementation engineer at Vetstoria, I help veterinary practices to set up and use our online booking software, which enables them to increase their efficiency and revenue. I have been working in this role for over a year, and I have successfully implemented the software for hundreds of clients across the UK, Europe, and Asia. I have also provided training and support to the clients, ensuring that they are satisfied with our product and service. I have a strong background in international business, having completed a higher national diploma in international business management at ANC School of Postgraduate Education, and a certificate in business accounting at CIMA. I am currently pursuing a bachelor\'s degree in global business management at the University of the West of Scotland, where I am learning about the global economic, social, and cultural contexts of business. I have also acquired skills in software as a service (SaaS), phone etiquette, and organization skills, which are essential for my role as a product implementation engineer. I am passionate about delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions that improve the lives of animals and their owners. I am always eager to learn new technologies and best practices, and to collaborate with my team and clients to achieve our goals.
