I’m an IT professional with 2.5+ years of experience, currently transitioning into DevOps with a strong focus on building scalable, reliable, and automated systems.My journey started in technical support, where I developed a solid understanding of system troubleshooting, incident handling, and root cause analysis. This foundation naturally led me toward DevOps, where I now focus on improving system efficiency through automation and cloud technologies.I have hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Linux, Git, Bash scripting, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Argo CD and AWS.
