Hi, I’m Ama Amo-Agyei.A founder, creator, and international keynote speaker who builds in public.I launched my first business with £100 from my mum’s kitchen and went on to generate £13 million in revenue over five years, scaling in one of the most competitive beauty markets in the UK. With limited funding, I relied on brand discipline, product focus, and community-led growth to stay relevant and grow. Those years shaped how I think about business, pressure, leadership, and trust.Alongside building the company, I built an audience of ambitious founders, creators, and operators. I share lessons as they happen. The wins. The mistakes. The systems that hold when things get hard.
