Strategize, develop, manage, and execute all email marketing creative and technical initiatives for agency clients, such as, MDNow.com, ClearlyCayman.com, FastMed.com, JM Lexus, and Dental Care Alliance. • Deploy daily and weekly campaigns that inbox with attention-grabbing content, exclusive promotions, detailed copy, and priority call-to-actions that engage customers’, increase retention and revenue, and attract new customers\', while producing continuous list growth. • Manage daily email operations - work with account managers, design, & IT teams to ensure emails deploy on time. Develop creative briefs & deployment strategies; write compelling subject lines, copy, content, & personalization. Hands-on list management & segmentation. Manage 3rd party vendor lead generation campaigns, & cross-channel promotions. • Daily management of clients email platforms, such as, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Klayvio, Adestra, Ongage, and Mailchimp; work with ESP’s on inboxing, troubleshooting, to ensure delivery to Gmail, Yahoo/Aol, Hotmail, MSN, & Outlook. Deliver over 12-20 Million emails per month with an average 25% open rate. • Create, launch, & manage data, personalization, automation – IP warm up, journey, welcome series, nurture journeys, post purchase, bounce backs, win-backs, birthday, upsell, paid subscription and more. • Work closely with design & IT to deliver responsive design & technically advanced coding, including complex dynamic content, for desktop, mobile, & tablets across all providers & devices. • Ensure best email practices & can-spam compliance, data hygiene, inbox delivery, & performance. • Analyze campaign & database performance trends, new list segmentation, & targeting opportunities. Implement A/B split tests, pre-header text, & content for maximum engagement. • Monitor & provide in-depth analysis on email KPI reporting; create report decks & CSV\'s & implement strategic recommendations to extract maximum ROI from email marketing.
