My background spans survey and behavioral data, workforce analytics, healthcare related research, and client-facing analytics delivery. Across roles, I have translated ambiguous questions into structured analyses, built reporting and validation workflows, developed predictive models, and helped stakeholders use data with more clarity and confidence.As Co Founder of Elevare, I lead analytics and interpretation work across employee engagement, culture diagnostics, and custom survey projects. I enjoy building structure around messy questions, whether that means designing a survey framework, running driver analysis, developing a repeatable reporting process, or helping leaders understand what matters most in the results.My earlier work includes leading data science initiatives for enterprise clients, supporting recurring analytics delivery across 50+ dashboards and reports, and contributing to healthcare and clinical research involving imaging, predictive modeling, and machine learning. I work primarily in Python, SQL, and BI tools, and I regularly use AI and automation to improve workflow speed, quality, and clarity.I am naturally curious and always enjoy thoughtful conversations about analytics, data science, decision making, research, workflow design, and how organizations can use data more effectively.
