Using data-driven insights to make informed decisions about talent development strategies, talent management and succession planning. Building relationships with the teams and leadership I support, particularly for sales, finance, operations, and marketing. Rolling up my sleeves and working with other talent and business leaders on change management initiatives, organizational transformations and building a world-class company.Throughout my career, I’ve consistently achieved people growth and retention targets by using quantitative insights to create comprehensive, innovative talent solutions that enable organizational growth and development.
