As an HRIS Business Analyst, I specialize in optimizing Workday and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) to streamline HR operations and improve the team member experience so they can provide better care to our patients. I collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality, support end-to-end HR processes, and ensure data accuracy across platforms.• Lead testing and configuration efforts for ServiceNow HRSD, including case management, lifecycle events, and portal enhancements• Partner with HR and Compliance teams to support testing and implementation of onboarding, offboarding, and policy-related workflows• Analyze ticket trends and user feedback to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement within HRSD• Configure and support Workday Recruiting, Onboarding, and Compensation modules, including candidate-to-worker handoff• Maintain Core HCM data in Workday, including supervisory orgs, job profiles, positions, and worker data updates• Build and maintain RAAS reports, dashboards, and calculated fields to support HR analytics and integrations• Provide cross-platform security support by identifying required role assignments and submitting access requests for Workday and ServiceNow users• Support Workday integration testing and issue resolution; familiar with API behavior, SOAP tokens, and data mapping• Execute EIBs for organizational changes, bulk updates, and M&A-related data loads• Triage and resolve HR system issues via ServiceNow, working with HR, IT, and vendor teams to ensure timely resolution• Manage and update HR knowledge content to ensure users have access to accurate self-service guidance• Play a key role in M&A system readiness, including worker data validation, integration checks, and cross-system testing• Currently pursuing ServiceNow System Administrator certification, with a focus on HRSD configuration and platform support
