Help coordinate and execute Clopay\'s participation in trade shows and customer meetings. Coordination includes event registration, hotel and transportation arrangements, vendor services, menu planning, product and collateral logistics, venue research, deposit payments, budgeting and tracking, and other tasks as required. • Help plan, execute and participate in Clopay\'s annual Clopay Leadership Conference, an incentive event for top dealers. Tasks related to qualification reporting, rooming lists, dealer gifts and awards, registration website, activities, communications and mailings, vent collateral, shipping logistics, product displays and signage, staff assignments, vendor services, budget maintenance, and other tasks as required. • Support Clopay\'s Master & Authorized Dealer Program by coordinating internal processes for new dealer setups, arranging fulfillment of program display items, keeping materials up-to-date, and communicating the program. • Write marketing communications to inform and educate internal and external groups regarding Clopay programs and events. • Work with internal and external groups to ensure that mailing and e-mail lists are well managed, compliant, and improving in effectiveness. • Assist with budget tracking for events, meetings, and projects as required. • Provide invoices to the accounting department for payment as required. Research invoices or payments to vendors. Prepare new vendor documents for the accounting department. Coordinate payments to consumers and dealers for online contest winners. • Assist Marketing Communications Manager with administrative tasks as required. • Assist with the execution of consumer rebate program when applicable.
