   At KBI Biopharma, I help shape the way our managers and leaders grow, connect, and lead globally. As part of the first dedicated L&D strategy team, I’ve built leadership development pathways that reach employees across the U.S, Europe, and Asia, ensuring our programs don’t just teach skills but create lasting behavior change.Highlights of my impact-Scaled leadership development globally: Trained over 300 managers in one year, delivering FranklinCovey, and in-house programs like Managing Up & Across and Managing Through Change. Facilitated programs in Switzerland and virtually for leaders in Germany, the Netherlands, China, and multiple U.S. time zones-Coached leaders at all levels: As an ICF Associate Certified Coach, I’ve provided 1:1 coaching for executives and managers, and team coaching that builds trust, accountability, and stronger team dynamics-Designed and evaluated programs for real impact: Worked cross-functionally to build KBI\'s Leadership Foundations Pathway and implemented six-month post-program assessments to measure learning transfer and drive continuous improvement. I\'m currently implementing follow-up programs to help managers implement skills in the flow of work-Launched enterprise-wide initiatives: Enhanced and facilitated a global leadership program for ICs and coached and mentored program facilitators. I also developed a LinkedIn Learning Ambassador Program with 25 peer facilitators to spread learning culture across the company while implementing other e-learning strategies to drive engagement.I believe leadership development is one of the most powerful tools we have to transform workplace culture. My passion is creating inclusive, psychologically safe spaces where leaders can stretch, experiment, and discover new ways to lead with the goal of seeing leaders\' impact across their teams and the organization.
