About Alyssa Wallack
My background isn’t linear, but it’s intentional. I learned how to lead, communicate clearly, and stay calm under pressure, long before I ever worked in business.I went to USC on a full-tuition merit scholarship. That’s where I built real experience through leadership roles and hands-on work in PR and marketing. Working in branding, communications, and storytelling taught me how perception is shaped, how trust is built, and how strong execution creates momentum.As I got more experience, I started thinking bigger. I wanted to understand how decisions get made, how teams stay aligned, and how execution across different functions drives results. That interest grew through the Birthright Israel Excel Fellowship, where I met early-stage founders and venture capitalists and saw what it takes to build something from the ground up.Watching how companies grow, and how much that depends on strong operations, made the direction I wanted clear. Now I bring my PR and marketing background into my role by supporting the systems and processes that help early-stage companies scale.
