Manages full-cycle accounts payable, reconcile processed invoices to ensure the accuracy of budget codes, general ledger, and input values. Audit Purchase Orders, Contracts, and Change Orders. Maintaining A/P monthly reports, assist with documentation and reporting required for bank draws/financing. Ensure vendor records are updated with payment and insurance information. Validate foreign currency invoices and exchange/conversion rates. Assists in the month-end reporting procedures, accruals, reconciliations, audit request and project close out documentation. Coordinate with procurement, project management, and site teams to resolve invoice discrepancies,contract deviations, and supplier queries, improving AP cycle efficiency and vendor relationships.
