My teams oversee the user-facing application development of Jobcase.com\'s online community dedicated to empowering the world\'s workforce. We have 120M+ registered members, 20M+ unique visitors / month, and are the #3 online US career service. I’ve managed anywhere from individual contributors through Senior Directors. At its largest, my team was ~25 FTE engineers with about ~20 overseas contractors. Most recently, my role has been a mix of Engineering and Product leadership, managing the product roadmap for the Native app space combined with my engineering teams. Key accomplishments include:* Improved site stability, reducing outages at Jobcase.com from daily to one alert in Q1 2023.* Accelerated product development by shifting from contract-based front-end to in-house, including engineer hiring and upskilling.* Led a 2x growth hiring effort including hiring for new skillsets and team managers.* Established a \"web foundations\" team for front-end infrastructure and observability.* Developed a technical roadmap for addressing technical debt and enabling long-term development speed.* Acted as Product Manager for the native app space My teams oversee several key product areas, primarily focusing on enhancing member-facing site surfaces.
