I graduated at 16 — and that same insatiable desire for challenge, growth, and achievement continues to be the hallmark of my career. From an early age, I\'ve been inherently resourceful. It brings me joy to think on my feet, empower others, and leave every person and problem better than I found it. My career has largely been devoted to understanding people — what motivates, challenges, and excites them. From tech startups to digital marketing, advertising, global recruiting, matchmaking, and real estate in the private to public sector, I have been able to understand patterns of what works and what doesn’t in business. Now as the CEO and owner of Perch, I get to work for our agents by identifying their unique potential, prioritizing their needs, and actively helping them succeed. My husband, Sean, and I are constantly seeking to invest in top performers — and provide an environment that allows our team to thrive and make a positive impact.

With records of building high-performing teams, we brought our well balanced set of passions, skills, and experience that has proven to serve the team well. Since 2024, we have elevated the business from a traditional locator to a dynamic brokerage that will perform regardless of market conditions. With a commitment to excellence, Sean and I approach business as a team sport. We consistently lead with clear communication, synergy, and accountability. We believe champions are champions, not because they do extraordinary things, but because they execute the fundamentals better than anyone else.
