About Alyssa Oneill

I started my work life at the age of 12, organizing a weekly schedule of babysitting gigs for myself serving busy, time-constrained military families like my own. Since then, I have been consistently employed in a wide variety of industries. The threads tying these positions together are: a desire to provide people-oriented service; a love of data, trivia, and information; and a strength in problem solving and working backwards from the solution to determine the path forward.I thrive in collaborative, team-oriented environments that often require wearing multiple hats and having all hands on deck. When I am given the ability to decide how to approach a problem, I perform my best work. I will always be the first one to ask,\"Why?\" as I like context and figuring out how all the pieces fit together. I love the back and forth of brainstorming a product launch or the strategic plan for a new initiative as the open exchange of ideas is what will ultimately move an organization forward. I maintain my composure under tight deadlines and in high pressure situations, producing quality, customer-ready work all the while. Change is the only constant in life and people either make it or break it based on how they handle the change.Outside of my professional life, I enjoy volunteering at my neighborhood park with Friends of Woodland Park and giving back to the Jewish community as a class of 2025 member of the Jewish Federation of North America\'s National Young Leadership Cabinet. During my down time, I can be found perfecting my culinary technique, walking along the bayou with my husband and our two scroungy mutts, and working on our historic home, a c.1926 brick Craftsman Four Square.
