I build HR functions that PE-backed companies can rely on and I\'ve done it in some of the most complex operating environments the function can face. Over 15 years I\'ve led people operations through 8+ M&A transactions, multiple CEO transitions, and a global footprint spanning 11 countries. My work sits at the intersection of strategic HR and operational rigor: I\'ve remediated six-figure tax liabilities, rebuilt payroll infrastructure across multiple international jurisdictions, navigated simultaneous reorganizations under multiple global labor laws, and rebuilt HR\'s credibility in organizations where the function had lost the confidence of the business. I\'m also actively building AI into how HR operates as a core part of how I drive efficiency and accuracy in complex, high-volume environments. I believe the best HR leaders in private equity think like operators first. They protect the business from risk it doesn\'t know it\'s carrying, give executives the data they need to lead, and build people infrastructure that holds up through a transaction and that\'s the standard I hold myself to. My functional depth spans talent acquisition, total compensation, HRIS, international compliance, organizational design, and performance management. I\'ve built from scratch, inherited broken functions, and scaled through acquisition, sometimes all three at once. I\'m based in Tampa and have spent my career in B2B SaaS serving Manufacturing, Behavioral Health, Life Sciences, and Healthcare Technology.

   Advantive is a PE-backed vertical software company owned by TA Associates, Insight Partners, and ST6, building mission-critical solutions for specialty manufacturing and distribution businesses across 11 countries.I joined to build the global people infrastructure and integration capability the business needed to grow through acquisition and to establish HR as a credible, trusted function at the executive level.I lead global HR operations across performance management, total rewards, compliance, HRIS, and acquisition integration. I\'ve led the integration of multiple acquired entities across seven countries and navigated complex reorganizations under international labor frameworks.
