As a General Manager and COO-level leader, I’ve led large-scale SaaS organizations through transformation, owning full P&L accountability, delivering double-digit EBITDA improvement, and driving record enterprise bookings.My experience spans public safety, manufacturing, and enterprise software, with a consistent focus on disciplined execution, value creation, and sustainable growth.
