Follows up immediately on any frames or mats which do not meet quality standards.• Produces over 20 quality custom framed pieces per week by matting art & photos, dry mounting, cutting glass & acrylic, cutting matting, mounting of embroidered & stitched pieces, and shadowbox mounting.• Stocks and maintains 10 off-the-shelf framing and framing accessory aisles, ensuring that product is displayed correctly.• Assists customers in other areas of the store by answering questions about product locations, advice on projects, and helping to access product.
