   As a security analyst, I handled incidents and escalated issues to concerned teams and management, supporting network security infrastructure and controls such as SIEM, firewalls, VPN, intrusion detection/prevention, Network Behavior Anomaly Detection, and Network Level Advanced Malware Protection. I evaluated and developed solutions for complex network security technologies and performed ticket handling, ongoing tuning, and review of security infrastructure. Additionally, I created incident reports, assisted in gathering and reporting metrics for security events, maintained and enhanced threat/vulnerability management and remediation processes, and participated in incident triage, analysis, response, and remediation for network intrusions and attacks. I also supported periodic network and application security testing activities and conducted periodic audits to assess security/risk. Finally, I assisted in developing network-specific, system-specific, and application-specific information security policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures, and performed other duties as requested bymanagement.
