About Alyssa Altman

As an industry lead at Publicis Sapient, I help our Automotive, Retail, and Consumer Products clients find their digital future through the delivery of customer-centric strategies and solutions.Throughout my 25+ years at Publicis Sapient, it has been my passion to shape and lead diverse teams to realize goals through inclusive collaboration. I believe that with the right people in the room actively engaging with each other, we gain valuable insights that create innovative solutions to any problem we may face. When not working directly with clients, I play an active role in our MBA-like leadership program called the Fellowship in Transformation Leadership (FiTL) providing mentorship and coaching to grow our leaders as stewards of digital business transformation. I also have a keen interest in shaping the next generation of women leaders as an Advisory board member of Publicis Sapient\'s Women’s Leadership Network (WLN). Externally, I have the honor of being on a few non-profit boards focusing on arts and education. For a Boston-based non-profit, Debbie’s Treasure Chest, I have the opportunity to sponsor a community service initiative in honor of my parents that teaches high-risk teens the skills necessary to enter the workforce.
