Designs Talent Acquisition programs at scale to promote efficiency, DEI and operational excellence • Continuously strives to improve our talent brand, recruiting processes, hiring manager experience, candidate experience, and interview team experience • Defines and documents recruitment processes, creates workflows and establishes consistent operating procedures • Sets documentation standards and manage compliance controls in line with employment law • Partners with HRBP team and Director of Talent Strategy to develop change management plans for Talent Acquisition program evolution to be successfully adopted by stakeholders • In collaboration with the Director of Talent Strategy, act as the program improvement expert and provide insights on a variety of strategic Talent Acquisition projects • Reviews and coaches the work of growing professionals within the team, including Talent Acquisition Coordinator • Advises hiring managers on compensation recommendations based on market research and participates in selection decision-making meetings. • Collaborates with HRBP team to analyze annual and strategic workforce plan requests for alignment to strategy and market • Responsible for collaborating with Talent team to redesign and implement a scalable interview training program • Provides insights to HRBP and/or leadership on alternative staffing models when appropriate • Partners with Talent Acquisition Coordinator to source, screen and select candidates in line with our defined candidate and interview team experience • Responsible for tracking progress with planned FTE and budget, reporting out to Talent Team on variances from plans when necessary • Leverages partnerships with various vendors and technology solutions to fulfill our needs • In partnership with Director of DEI and Director of Talent Strategy, embed our DEI culture into all phases of the TA lifecycle
